Remark:
1.　Deadline for submitting catalogue data and images is August 10, 2004. Anyone who misses the deadline will be regarded as giving up advertising on the catalogue voluntarily.
2.　Please specify the obverse and the reverse sides, the top and the bottom of the films while providing camera ready samples of four-color transparencies in size of 216′216cm. In order to avoid mistake, the Committee recommends photos or copies of the artworks presented in the catalogue to be attached for proofreading.
3.　High-quality colorful photo can be used in case of positive films not available.
4.　Exhitor of Hall 2 can also provide four color film (21.3cm in width ′21.6cm in height, including bleed) to the Committee.
5.　In order to guarantee the whole quality of the catalogue, the Committee will not use transparencies or photos or written material, which do not conform to the standards for publishing. It is the exhibitor’s responsibility to meet the quality standards.
