Qinghua double-gourd-shaped vase

In the shape of double-gourd. Belonging to the big work copying plant at that time. The glaze color is smooth and bright, like a jade; the color of eggshell is fresh green-blue. Besides with decoration of swastikas and double-layer banana-leaf patterns respectively on the mouth and the foot, the upper gourd part and lower gourd part are with decoration of four groups of interlocked double-gourds with vines, branch, and leaves patterns. All the body is with decoration of bats and near hundred of double-gourds, symbolizing very lucky and very wealthy. This vase¡¯s base is glazed in white and no character.

Washer-shaped mouth, long neck, sloping shoulder, upright belly, and ring foot. All the body is in deep red glaze mixed with fancy glazes of green-blue and purple, it is very fresh ad beautiful. The two sides of the neck are respectively with a chi-dragon shaped handle. There are four characters Made in Yongzheng Reign, Qing Dynasty in the seal character-mark on yellow-blue glaze in the base. This vase is a fine work in the flamb¨¦ glazed ware in Yongzheng Reign, which is simple and unsophisticated in the modeling, and very colored in the flamb¨¦ glazed surface.

Straight mouth and neck; the neck and the upper part of the belly are connected with a kui-dragon shaped handle; flattened and round belly, its middle part is bulging; narrowing neck; and ring foot. The base is rectangular form. The tone of underglaze blue is pure, and with artificial ¡°rust scars¡±. The edge of the mouth is with design of rectangular spirals band. The neck is with decoration of lingzhi scrolls. The belly¡¯s side is with decoration of Indian lotus scrolls, and its facade with five-layer patterns: painting with the Eight Buddhist Emblems of good augury pattern, including wheel, snail, umbrella, stone pillar, flower, can, fish, and intestine. There are six characters Made in Qianlong Reign, Qing Dynasty in the seal character-mark in three rows in the base. This vase is a first class work of the imitation of the round moon vase in the Yongle-Xuande period, Ming Dynasty, made in Qianlong Reign.

Flower shaped mouth, short neck, bulging belly, stem ring foot everted outwards, and plump in the modeling. All the body is with patterns in underglaze blue; a block of huge rock is erecting in the water; on the rock there is a old peach tree hanging many fruits, and some bats are flying across the branches of the tree. The painting¡¯s alternate name is Fushan Shouhai (longevity hill and fortune sea). This qinghua vase is an imitation of the Yongle-Xuande (in Ming Dynasty) ware in underglaze blue, made in Qianlong Reign and with fresh and rich in the color of underglaze blue, crowded in black spots, and no character.

The foot¡¯s end shows as the back of a loach; the part exposing unglazed eggshell is very fine and smooth and bright. The white glaze is sprayed in inner wall of the outer wall is glazed in fresh blue, shining purple light and bright and clear and even, showing fine ¡°orange-peel form glaze¡± under the light, and is no panel. The base exposes white thin glaze with a a spinning trace made by a sharp knife; there are six characters Made in Yongzhen Reign, Qing Dynasty in the regular script character-mark in underglaze blue in two vertical rows within double circles in the base. Belonging to the imperial ware.

Open work, shallow flattened belly, short ring foot with the perforations. The inside has a fencai painting, which depicts a young lady in a red overdress and a white skirt sitting on rockery in front of a banana-tree and being lost in thought. An inscription reads: Fleeting time is easy to olden every one since it reddens cherry and greenens banana. Painted by Wang Xiliang, a nature disciple, on the porcelain city on Children¡¯s Day, 36th year. Below is the stamp The Wang¡¯s in intaglio. The painting is made by the famous artist Wang Xiliang in 1947.

Open mouth, shallow flattened belly, short ring foot with three perforations. The inside is bordered with rectangular spirals and a double-strand cord patterns in ink. In the center, a landscape after snowfall in fencai shows vague distant mountains, a vast expanse of snow, ice-bound pools and show-capped straw pavilions. An inscription reads Bo Wen, Woodman of Yunxi, which is followed by the stamp Bo Wen in relief. On the base, the red mark Made by Lisheng Company, Jiujiang is written in seal script. The painting is made by Bo Wen the artist.
