Ma Shouzhen Ming dynasty  
Ma Shouzhen was a female and poet, was born in Jinglin (modern Nanjing of Jiangsu) during Ming dynasty, with name Xianglan, nickname Xuan'er, another nickname Yuejiao. She was a alme in Qinghuai area of Nanjing, she was called "the fourth lady" cause she was the youngest among her sisters. She was good at poem and painting, and was a friend of Wang Zhideng. She especially did well in the orchid and bamboo, which copied from Zhao Zigu. Even her name spread to the overseas, and a lot of people bought her works, and regarded it as the precious works. Her works consisted of "a group of immortals", "orchid, bamboo, lake and stone" recorded in "Chinese famous paintings" collected in Shanghai Museum. The book of "orchid, bamboo and stone", the folding fan of "orchid and bamboo", the folding fan of "orchid, bamboo and stone", the scroll of "orchid and bamboo", the book of "orchid and bamboo" and the scroll of "orchid, stone and asphodel" were collected in the Palace Museum. She was also good at poem with the two books of "Xiang orchid poems" and the legend play "story of three lives".
