| Wendian
was born in Changzhou (modern Suzhou) with name Yuye, nickname Nanyun
shanjiao. He was good at painting and calligraphy, followed Huiming,
with the elegant brushwork, skillful ink technique. He was also
good at the characters, especially the pine and bamboo, with the
couth technique, which strew the pine with fog. However, Wen didn't
put the prize on the mind. He arrived at capital, but failed in
the working. His father died, he gave up his candidate, and lived
on the painting and calligraphy's sales. |
